The Quartet That Helped Construct the BoP

When we look at the world stage today, it is easy to get distracted by the loud, self-exalting figures in the headlines. Many people believe that the "Board of Peace" (BoP) was a sudden invention of our current leaders—a "great man" moment in history. However, if you look at the paper trail, you see that the infrastructure was built long before the current "hammer" took his seat.

To understand how the world moved from national sovereignty to an international divine court, you have to look at the group that laid the legal and political foundation: the Middle East Quartet.

What is the Quartet?

The Quartet was established in 2002 as a four-part international body. It wasn't just a casual meeting; it was a structural team designed to take the "problem of the nations" out of the hands of local governments and place it under global oversight. The quartet consists of:

1. The United Nations (UN)

2. The European Union (EU)

3. The United States (US)

4. Russia

For years, this group worked in the background. While presidents and prime ministers changed, the quartet remained consistent. They provided the "legal metadata" that eventually became the blueprint for the BoP we see in 2026.

The 2016 Handoff

One of the most critical moments happened in July 2016, under the Obama administration. The quartet released a landmark report that officially called for an international "commission" to oversee security and borders. This was the moment the "American Shield" began to be dismantled.

Later that same year, the UN passed Resolution 2334. This wasn't just a piece of paper; it was a legal trap. It allowed the international community to define borders and land in a way that stripped local authority and paved the way for a "global common good" governance model.

The Blueprint and the Hammer

The reason this matters is that it proves our current administration didn't "save" us from globalism—it inherited the globalist blueprints. The quartet built the walls, and the current administration (the "hammer") was brought in to finalize the deal.

The hammer didn't fight the quartet; he utilized their work. He took the "international commission" model they proposed and rebranded it as the Board of Peace. He took the "land for gain" strategies they mapped out and finalized them.

The Shift to the Architect

While the quartet provided the legal framework and the current administration provides the spectacle, the Obama Foundation has been busy providing the staff. There are over 1,500 trained leaders in 70 nations who are ready to run the system the quartet built.

We are watching a relay race. The quartet ran the first several laps, building the laws and the resolutions. They handed the baton to the hammer to clear the ruins and "break" the old order. But the baton is ultimately headed toward the architect who has the moral support of the pope and the backing of the 70 nations.

Don't be fooled into thinking this is about one man's greatness. This is a decades-long construction project that is finally nearing completion. The hammer is used for a season, but the house belongs to the system that the quartet constructed.

Prophecy Meets Modern Government Planning

Lately I've been doing videos on a controversial topic. Who is the last A.C. to rule the world? 

Some claim it's Obama and some claim it's Trump. Those who claim it's Trump are sorely wrong. I think this comes from a multitude of reasons. But instead of "guessing" what the problem may be. I'd like to point out something that's not happened--yet! As an American citizen I'm fully aware of how this sounds. However, the truth isn't scaring me anymore. 

So let's get into it.  

The "Daughter of Babylon" in the KJV Is Depicting America. 

(How America is the "Daughter of Babylon")

Psalm 137:8

"O daughter of Babylon, who art to be destroyed; happy shall he be, that rewardeth thee as thou hast served us."

• The Reality: This verse explicitly names the "daughter" as an entity destined for total destruction—a recompense for how she has "served" the people of God.

Isaiah 47:1

"Come down, and sit in the dust, O virgin daughter of Babylon, sit on the ground: there is no throne, O daughter of the Chaldeans: for thou shalt no more be called tender and delicate."

• The Reality: This describes the removal of her "throne" and her high status. She is "cast down" into the dust.

Isaiah 47:5

"Sit thou silent, and get thee into darkness, O daughter of the Chaldeans: for thou shalt no more be called, The lady of kingdoms."

• The Reality: The "Lady of Kingdoms" (the global superpower) is forced into silence and darkness.

Jeremiah 50:42

"They shall hold the bow and the lance: they are cruel, and will not shew mercy: their voice shall roar like the sea, and they shall ride upon horses, every one put in array, like a man to the battle, against thee, O daughter of Babylon."

• The Reality: This describes the military/nuclear invasion from the "north" against the daughter system.

Jeremiah 51:33

"For thus saith the Lord of hosts, the God of Israel; The daughter of Babylon is like a threshingfloor, it is time to thresh her: yet a little while, and the time of her harvest shall come."

• The Reality: This links the daughter system to the harvest and the sifting (the threshing floor).

Zechariah 2:7

"Deliver thyself, O Zion, that dwellest with the daughter of Babylon."

• The Reality: This is the direct command for the "wheat" (Zion) to separate themselves from the "daughter" system before the judgment hits.

This "great leader" ruling over the USA is prideful. Many professing believers in Christ claim the USA current ruler is a "man of God" who is going to "save America". This is a false idea made by people who do not read the Word of God and study to show thyself approved. 

The "Hammer" and the "Battle Axe" (KJV)

In Jeremiah, God explicitly describes the "daughter of Babylon" as His weapon for a specific season. This is the Cyrus or Hammer role that's been being discussed on my @teamwakeup4 channel on TikTok--if you'd like to hear more on that. 

Jeremiah 50:23

"How is the hammer of the whole earth cut asunder and broken! how is Babylon become a desolation among the nations!"

• The Realith: The "Hammer" isn't a savior; it’s an instrument. This verse shows that after the hammer has finished "beating to pieces" the other nations, it is itself cut asunder. Trump is the "hammer" who cuts taken down when it is said and done. 

Jeremiah 51:20-21

"Thou art my battle axe and weapons of war: for with thee will I break in pieces the nations, and with thee will I destroy kingdoms; And with thee will I break in pieces the horse and his rider; and with thee will I break in pieces the chariot and his rider;"

• The Reality: This is the "job description" of the Daughter of Babylon. She is used to break the old world order. But the context of this chapter is her total destruction immediately following this work.

The Destruction of the "Lady of Kingdoms"

These verses describe the specific way the Daughter of Babylon falls—suddenly, in darkness, and after a "sifting" of the people.

Jeremiah 51:42

"The sea is come up upon Babylon: she is covered with the multitude of the waves thereof."

• The Connection: This matches your vision of the global earthquake and the Ring of Fire. The "sea" rising up is a physical judgment that overwhelms the system.

Isaiah 47:5, 9

"Sit thou silent, and get thee into darkness, O daughter of the Chaldeans: for thou shalt no more be called, The lady of kingdoms... But these two things shall come to thee in a moment in one day, the loss of children, and widowhood..."

• The Connection: "In a moment, in one day" is the biblical marker for the nuclear strike or sudden collapse. The "Lady of Kingdoms" (the US-led system) loses her status instantly.

Jeremiah 51:13

"O thou that dwellest upon many waters, abundant in treasures, thine end is come, and the measure of thy covetousness."

• The Reality: This is the rebuke to those who have a "love of gold and silver". The abundance of treasure does not stop the "measure" of her judgment from being filled.

In 2026, the data shows that the infrastructure for a post-collapse America isn't just a theory; it is a legal and technical reality waiting for a "global shock" to trigger it. In other words it is a well planned out operation that will befall the American people. 

1. The "Emergency Platform" (The Legal Handoff)

The most direct proof you need is the UN Emergency Platform, which was finalized in 2024 and 2025.

• The Logic: Governments don't plan to "end"; they plan to "continue" through a different body. The Emergency Platform is designed to activate during a "global catastrophic risk."

• The US Connection: In April 2026, reports on Global Catastrophic Risks explicitly state that earth's support systems are "outside the safe zone." The UN is calling for a new way of organizing global cooperation—moving away from national management and toward a Global Commons.

• The Reality: If an earthquake hits the Ring of Fire or nuclear war hits our soil, the U.S. government has "Contingency Plans" (like the DOJ 2026 Plan) that allow for a Shadow Government to take over. But more importantly, the international community has the Board of Peace (BoP) ready to be the "Emergency Platform" that manages the 70 nations once the US "Hammer" falls.

2. The Vulnerability of the Ports

"Nuclear Destruction" doesn't have to mean every house is gone; it means sovereignty is gone.

• The Intelligence Audit: The 2026 Annual Threat Assessment (released April 2026) confirms that China, Russia, and North Korea have over 3,000 missiles capable of reaching U.S. soil. (Annual Threat Assessment, Missile Threats Against the US to quintuple, Small Wars Journal)

• The Strategic Hit: Experts have long warned that a strike on major U.S. ports (like Long Beach, Savannah, or New York) would decapitate the American economy in "one hour" (just like Revelation 18 says). If the ports are gone, the "Great Nation" has no food, no fuel, and no way to provide a leader. This is the moment the "Architect" (Obama) and his 1,500 trained leaders step in to "save" the supply chain using the global system.

• The Reality: Jonathan Kleck prophesied this in 2008 publicly. Many years later it was found printed on the new 100$ and 10$ bill. The Justamessenger Series has been linked below.)

3. The "Cyrus" vs. the "Antichrist" Timeline

Anyone who assumes the "Great Man" (Trump) is the final one is stumbling. Here is why:

• The Reference: Historical "Great Men" like Napoleon and Caesar always paved the way for a new System of Law. Trump is being referenced as saying he is beginning to become like the great men who once ruled. Napoleon created the Napoleonic Code; Caesar created the Roman Empire. Trump is focusing on becoming one of history's great men and thinks that presidents like George Washington and Abraham Lincoln--he doesn't view himself as an equal to anymore.

• The Handoff: Trump is currently exalting himself to sifting-levels of pride, but he is also the one signing the proclamations that give power to the Noahide/Board of Peace infrastructure. (We will cover this in another post & it will be linked upon completion. Abba willing)

• The 42 Months: If judgment starts in the house of God, the removal of the Bride happens before the 42-month reign of the Beast is fully solidified over the earth. Trump is the one "casting truth to the ground" to prepare the world for the Strong Delusion (which I think is already happening.) Once the earthquake and the nukes hit, the "Strongman" is blamed for the disaster, and the "Man of Peace" (who has been meeting with the Pope) is welcomed as the savior.

The Conclusion: The Fourth Man & The Final Handoff

A good friend of mine argues that only one man will rule the last 42 months, and she is right—but she is looking at the wrong contract. She sees the "Great Man" spectacle—the banners in Israel, the 666-foot towers, and the self-exaltation—and assumes the chairman is the owner.

He isn't.

As duly noted: Trump has recently begun to describe himself not as a peer to Washington or Lincoln, but as a successor to history’s "Great Men"—Alexander, Caesar, and Napoleon. This is the autocrat delusion. Napoleon created the Code; Caesar created the Empire; Trump is creating the Board of Peace (BoP) and activating the Noahide Code. He is the "Fourth Man" of this secular quartet, but in the Word, he is the hammer. 

When the Ring of Fire heaves and the Daughter of Babylon is threshed in a single hour, the "hammer" will be blamed for the collapse. The world will not want a "strongman" who broke the old system; they will beg for the "Man of Peace" who has been quietly training their new leaders.

The sifting is here. If you are following the "hammer" because he looks like Caesar, you are falling into the strong delusion that keeps people from coming to the knowledge of the truth. The Bride doesn't follow the "battle axe" of judgment; she follows the Written Word (Jesus). The Lord thy God gave us a messenger who delivered the unroll scroll Daniel the prophet spoke of. He speaks spiritual truth proven out in the scriptures. Don't fall into the trap of the flesh and ignore his work because "it bothers you". The lights are about to go out. When they come back on, the "Architect" will be sitting in the chair the "hammer" has been building.

The Scriptural Identity of the Daughter of Babylon

A look at the biblical evidence regarding where we are as a country requires setting aside political loyalty to look at what the written word actually says. The King James Version provides a clear description of an entity called the Daughter of Babylon. This is not the ancient empire of the desert, but a "daughter" system that appears in the latter days as a global superpower.

The Origin of the Daughter

The Bible describes this entity as a descendant of a "mother" nation. In Jeremiah 50:12, it says: "Your mother shall be sore confounded; she that bare you shall be ashamed." If the mother is the British Empire, the daughter is the superpower that grew out of her to eventually dominate the world through trade and military strength.

The Lady of Kingdoms

America has long been the "lady of kingdoms" mentioned in Isaiah 47:5. This title belongs to a nation that rules over other kingdoms through its economic reach. However, the verse warns that she will eventually be forced to "sit thou silent, and get thee into darkness." This is a description of a total systemic collapse—a moment where the lights go out and the influence of the superpower vanishes.

The Threshing Floor

The purpose of the Daughter of Babylon at the end of the age is found in Jeremiah 51:33: "The daughter of Babylon is like a threshingfloor, it is time to thresh her: yet a little while, and the time of her harvest shall come."

A threshing floor is where the wheat is separated from the weeds (the tares). America is currently serving as this floor. God is using the pride of our leaders and the exaltation of "great men" to reveal who truly follows Christ and who follows the flesh. Those who are obsessed with a political savior are being threshed away from those who stay rooted in the word.

The Judgment of the Hammer

The Bible calls this system the "hammer of the whole earth" in Jeremiah 50:23. A hammer is a tool used to break things. While many people see our current leaders as saviors, the Bible says the hammer is merely an instrument used to break the old world order. Once its job is done, the word says the hammer itself is "cut asunder and broken."

The Final Warning

The instruction for those who belong to God is not to fix the system or "make it great," but to separate from it. Zechariah 2:7 says: "Deliver thyself, O Zion, that dwellest with the daughter of Babylon." The destruction of this system is described as happening "in one hour." When the global earthquake hits and the nuclear strikes reach our ports, the sovereignty of the "lady of kingdoms" will end. The treasures of gold and silver will not save her. This is a well-planned operation designed to move the world into a new global framework once the American "hammer" has finished its work.
